Currently child protection services are delivered from separate offices in the Moray area.  To improve the delivery of these services a co-located unit managed by the three partners has been developed.
The site has a private setting with a Southerly aspect and a wooded back drop to the East.  The proposed office building includes accommodation for two interview rooms furnished to provide a family friendly environment suitable for interviews and meetings.  A family waiting area plus access and facilities for disabled visitors is also provided. 
The buildings design incorporates a timber clad timber frame construction, wetdash roughcast on blockwork, Cambrian slate tiled roof, horizontal emphasis windows with brise soleil.  Renewable enegry will be supplied via an air source heat pump and solar power.
