Description:
Designs were created for typical house types to comply with current Building Standards, and the space planning/layout requirements to suit the needs of social housing developments. Plans, sections and elevations were drawn up and submitted to Albyn Housing Association Ltd Development Team for comments and approval. Size of units range from 2 person/ single bedroom to 8 person/ 4 bedroom houses. Street elevations were illustrated showing some of these house types combined to create a interesting development.
