Description: Re- roofing works The original school building constructed in the 1970's had a bituminous felt finish on a flat roof with parapets and dry dash cavity block walls. The brief initially allowed for fitting a new roof membrane to the existing roof structure, but protracted discussions with Council Property and Maintenance staff lead to a more extensive project, for the design of a new pitched roof structure.
