Description: Feasibilty study for visitor centre
The ex-RAF base at Saxa Vord, Unst was purchased by Military Asset Management Ltd, a private company, with the intention of converting the entire complex to include the following accommodation: hotel, bunkhouse, restaurants, leisure facilities, retail units, craft workshops, a brewery with shop, film studios, plus individual houses for rent.
We completed overall layout plans for planning applications and phased Building Warrant submissions.
